This page is about the Three Peaks Comfort Systems website. It covers what we collect when you send a service request and what we do with it. Effective October 2026.

What we collect

When you use the service request form, you give us your name, your phone number, your email if you choose to add it, your town, details about the problem, and any photos you add.

What we use it for

Only to get back to you about your request and do the job. That's it.

How it gets to us

The form sends your details to us by email, through an email delivery service called Resend. To keep out spam, the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person (not a bot) is sending it.

How you found us and cookies

Your browser keeps a small note of how you first found this site and how you got here this time (for example, a link from a search or an ad), and sends it along with the form. If you arrive from a Google ad, we also store the ad's click ID in a cookie on this site for up to 90 days, so we can tell which ads bring in work. If we turn on website analytics (Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity), they use cookies to see how visitors use the site. The request form is masked in any session recordings, so what you type and the photos you add are never recorded.

We don't sell your info

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We never share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.

Text messages

If you pick “Text me” or text us, we'll text you about your request. Reply STOP to opt out. The details are in our Terms.
