These are the terms for using the Three Peaks Comfort Systems website. We kept them short and plain. Last updated October 2026.

Using this site

The information here is general. Our services, the areas we cover and when we're available can change. If something matters for your job, call or text us to check.

Pricing and estimates

Service calls carry a $95 dispatch fee, waived if you go ahead with the repair. Estimates on replacements are free. After-hours rates apply.

Warranty

Our work comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Ask us for the details on your job.

Photos and details you send

When you send us photos or details, you confirm you're allowed to share them. We use them only to help with your request and do the job.

Text messages

If you text us, or pick “Text me” on the request form, you agree that we can text you about your request: scheduling, estimates and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts isn't a condition of getting service. We never share your mobile number with third parties for marketing.

Our content

Our logo, our photos and the text on this site belong to Three Peaks Comfort Systems. Please don't copy them without our permission.

Website provided as-is

We work to keep this site accurate and running, but it's provided as-is, and it may sometimes have mistakes or be unavailable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
